FremantleMedia Limited (registered number 00276928) whose registered office is I Stephen Street London W1T 1AL (the “Company “) and business address is St. John’s Court, Easton Street, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 1JX is the producer of “Grand Designs” (the “Programme “), which it intends but does not undertake to produce for initial transmission on Channel 4.

The Grand Designs team is looking for projects for the next series of Kevin McCloud's self-build spectacular. If your project is exciting and unique - and something you feel we haven't covered before - we would like to hear from you. Projects must fit the following criteria:

• We are looking for new residential builds, significant residential conversions or restorations of historic buildings for domestic use.
• They have unique or interesting elements in terms of design, materials, construction techniques, location and/or the people involved.
• Planning permission is in place, and you are planning to live in the property yourself.
• You agree to be involved with the project and are available to be filmed on a regular basis.

Applicants will be selected to progress to the next stage of the application process at the sole discretion of the Company, and our decision will be final. If you are selected to take part in further stages of the application process or to take part in the Programme, you will be required to supply further information to the Company and enter into further agreements with the Company.

You warrant that you are aged 18 years or over and are legally entitled to work in the UK without restriction. When required by the Company, you agree to provide the Company with documentary evidence to substantiate your entitlement to work in the UK without restriction.

This form is your application to take part in the series” Grand Designs”” (the “Programme”). The Programme will be produced by FremantleMedia Limited trading as Naked West who is the data controller. We will use the information you give us to decide whether or not to enter into a contract with you for your participation as a contributor on the Programme (the “Contract”) and, if so, to perform that Contract.

FremantleMedia Limited will share your Information as set out in the privacy notice which includes the broadcasters and transmitters of the Programme. and our insurers, our regulators (such as OFCOM) to carry out background checks and as required by law.

We will use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice for Programme Applicants, a copy of which can be accessed via our website at https://fremantle.co.uk/privacy-notice-applicant.pdf.
